CWTC supports the potential for independence for adults with disabilities in a variety of ways. Our employment programs build financial independence and the self confidence that comes from a job well done. Our community access and residential programs support integration into the communities of their choice. Services are as individualized and unique as is the needs of each person.
At CWTC, we adhere to continuous, quality improvement. We constantly collect data on the services we offer and the demographics of those supported, then analyze the data, modify, and improve based on that analysis. The satisfaction of those we serve, their families, community service providers, and the businesses we work with also are important pieces of the data collected.
